Yeah, not hungry!

Tuesday - dying of starvation.

Today - Meh.

I use a protein shake as creamer in my coffee, I think I drank half in 2 cups.

Had 2 cups of iced tea & 1 water and a bag of 100 calorie popcorn.

I'm good.

I like Dottie's idea of chicken with taco seasoning so that will be dinner tonight. I'll have it with a salad, kids can have it whatever way they want!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

I'm feeling the same but the appetite suppression seems to only work on Dds for me so far...uds I never stop thinking about food...

I do love it when I have a down day that's not a hungry day, I struggled with this a bit in the beginning (more out of fear of being hungry and head-hunger than anything else, I think). And I've had a couple of down days where I've wanted to eat eat eat but I suspect that's related to hormones.

I now understand what people mean when they say they feel light on down days. I didn't get that at first, but there is a light feeling when you haven't eaten (much) and don't really want to eat. It's nice.

Of course, up days are nice, too. What a wonderful way to eat. I feel grateful to have found this woe.

DD for me too and I'm not hungry. Woke at 5AM had some coffee, noon ate a hard boiled egg and chicken broth. I might have some turkey breast later. I also have a very calm feeling today, kinda like I took a tranqulizer. I'm thinking its the SIRT1 at work. Yesterday was my 9th up day and it was the first one that I was very hungry and ate 40 calories over.
