My first month

There were a few ups and downs but I made it and lost 15 pounds !

My favorite are the down days, so relaxing to not have to really think about food at all.

I also gave up diet pop
am now in love with the new flavors of Crystal Light ( PLEASE no one tell me they are bad for me )

I started exercising on my up days and up to 20 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0mph, which for my short little legs is pretty fast.

I also take 1TBS of Apple Cider Vinegar in a tall glass of Crystal light VERY first thing in the morning. Which I think helps a lot.

I have a mini goal of 30 pounds by the end of July for a sister reunion and I am right on track.

Thanks everyone for your support!

That's awesome .. yay you!!

Hey, I think Crystal Light is way better than sodas. I've got 2 bottles of that apple cider with the "mother" in it. Bragg's I think. I need to start using that again.

Great job on exercising, too! I do Curves and Zumba and love it!

Yeah its the Braggs that is the beneficial kind, I find it helps control my appetite and has really brightened up my complexion. I am also a lot less achy. If I forget to take it, I know!

Babykinz, oooooo, you go gurl!!!!

I think Crystal Lite is awesome and perfect for our JUDDD plan!!!! I know that it is bashed on the LC site, but over here, it is a delicious drink, helps to get the water down, and I give you a high 5 on such a great choice of beverage!!

There is nothing off-limits over here with JUDDD - as long as it fits into your UD/DD calorie allotment, it's just fine!!! I also workout on my UDs only (Curves), perfect for incorporating that, it's all good!!

You will find no negativity here, so glad to have you in the JUDDD family!!!

As much as I love the 15 pounds that is gone off my body I fear the day of the diet plateau. I just hope I can get to onederland before that hits.

I totally hear you on the fear of a stall. Just keep doing what you're doing and I think the losses may slow, but they shouldn't stop. JUDDD is supposed to prevent plateaus so hopefully that magic works for us. I also cannot wait to get to onderland. although I'm a bit further behind than you!
