UD here!! Just not hungry! B: Soy & Linseed toast (2), marmite & peanut butter, 2 cups of tea!! L: Chicken tikka, salad and a mouthful of naan S: Skinny Flat White x 2 S: Mint Creme biscuit D: Ham, Egg, Chips, Beans, 2 slices of bread & butter (we've a new 'air fryer', and if I just had the Ham, Egg & Chips - it would come out at 370 - so good for a DD too!) Sitting @ 1642 in theory another 450 cals to go! May have an ice cream and a coffee - for another 140 cals - we'll see!

Happy last '20 something' day, Annie!
UD here and no clue what I'm eating! So many possibilities!!! I will have a protein shake after my workout. lunch - I'm thinking a reuben bagel pizza and a salad. Dh and kids are going to a pancake and sausage dinner this evening but I'm not sure that's what I want to eat. I had enough sweets to last me the week on Sunday and I tend to use a lot of syrup on my pancakes. LOL |

Breakfast is 1 egg and some whites, gimme lean sausage and a fiber one english muffin spread with some laughing cow cheese Lunch protein shake and banana supper ravioli with spinach, mushrooms, and onions along with a salad 1725 calories for the day

WOW! It's hard to eat your UD calories after a DD. My stomach size shrank over night or something. I normally can eat, and eat and eat, but I'm so FULL and all I had was my normal 3 eggs and 3 sausages. It's going to tough to get all those calories!

Breakfast-cafe con leche, oats soaked in plain greek yogurt topped with :cinnamon, truvia, coconut oil, and honey-o's- 441 cals. Lunch-Salad- Mixed greens, tomato wedge, hb egg, ham, fresh mozzarella chunks, french vinaigrette-343 cals. Snacks(throughout the day)-1/4 c fresh pineapple,1 Cal. navel orange, 1 C Kashi Good friends cereal w/.25 C whole milk, 1 small square 72% dark chocolate- 357 cals. Dinner-Roasted chicken, mac and cheese, mixed veggies- about 650 cals. (not big on the mac and cheese-DH requested it ![]() About 500 more calories to play with.

Just had my lunch at 4:00...tooooo busy to eat. b-coffee with ff hnh and Splenda l-6oz cabbage sauteed with a bit of carrot, herbs, and chicken broth, eaten with a laughing cow wedge s-coffee ditto above d-4oz salmon, 4oz roasted fennel, 3oz green beans fitday tells me it comes to 343-close enough for jazz....

My first UD:
lunch: Wendy's large chili supper: Grilled pork chops corn on the cob broccoli/cheese baked potato homemade angelfood cake w/ strawberries. It's nice to have a mother-in-law who wants us over for dinner once a week, otherwise, it would probably be frozen pizza or leftovers. |
