UD here!! Just not hungry!

B: Soy & Linseed toast (2), marmite & peanut butter, 2 cups of tea!!
L: Chicken tikka, salad and a mouthful of naan
S: Skinny Flat White x 2
S: Mint Creme biscuit
D: Ham, Egg, Chips, Beans, 2 slices of bread & butter (we've a new 'air fryer', and if I just had the Ham, Egg & Chips - it would come out at 370 - so good for a DD too!)

Sitting @ 1642 in theory another 450 cals to go! May have an ice cream and a coffee - for another 140 cals - we'll see!

I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

UD here and no clue what I'm eating! So many possibilities!!!

I will have a protein shake after my workout.

lunch - I'm thinking a reuben bagel pizza and a salad.

Dh and kids are going to a pancake and sausage dinner this evening but I'm not sure that's what I want to eat. I had enough sweets to last me the week on Sunday and I tend to use a lot of syrup on my pancakes. LOL

WOW! It's hard to eat your UD calories after a DD. My stomach size shrank over night or something. I normally can eat, and eat and eat, but I'm so FULL and all I had was my normal 3 eggs and 3 sausages. It's going to tough to get all those calories!

UD here-

Breakfast-cafe con leche, oats soaked in plain greek yogurt topped with :cinnamon, truvia, coconut oil, and honey-o's- 441 cals.

Lunch-Salad- Mixed greens, tomato wedge, hb egg, ham, fresh mozzarella chunks, french vinaigrette-343 cals.

Snacks(throughout the day)-1/4 c fresh pineapple,1 Cal. navel orange, 1 C Kashi Good friends cereal w/.25 C whole milk, 1 small square 72% dark chocolate- 357 cals.

Dinner-Roasted chicken, mac and cheese, mixed veggies- about 650 cals. (not big on the mac and cheese-DH requested it )

About 500 more calories to play with.

I just love a freshly opened bag of Lay's! I'm the type that needs chips to go with a sandwich and pizza, usually.

I've found that since I'm well into JUDDD, the small bag of Lay's is enough of a serving for me. Though I usually buy the big bag and just portion out a handful (or two!)

lunch: Wendy's large chili

supper: Grilled pork chops
corn on the cob
broccoli/cheese
baked potato
homemade angelfood cake w/ strawberries.

It's nice to have a mother-in-law who wants us over for dinner once a week, otherwise, it would probably be frozen pizza or leftovers.
