I usually just sprinkle them with old bay seasoning or mrs dash or a little lemon juice, salt and pepper Another good one is Slap Ya Mama which comes in a mild and hot level. The hot is very hot!

Thanks- I usually do a dry rub, but with some butter since I've been doing Atkins previously. I have some lime juice and will use a spash!

I don't know about marinade but for fish sauce I love sweet and spicy citrus.
Fresh juice and zest of whichever citrus fruit you have on hand with a little sriracha, coconut aminos, glucomannan powder, and erythritol. Drool

Goya "Mojo Criollo". Super tasty & only 10 calories for 2 tbsp! Possibly less calories, actually...label says 0 fat & protein, 2g carb - 1g fiber...more like 4 calories, possibly?

And I know you're asking in regards to fish, but if by any chance you ever want some super-tender chicken, beef, lamb, etc....mix a couple spoonfuls of yogurt into the mojo (or any marinade), coat meat & let it sit in fridge overnight !!!

I use salsa as a marinade for just about everything on DD's. I put some chix breasts in the crock pot this morning with salsa and taco seasonings and cooked them all day, then just shredded them with a fork. HOLY DELICIOUSNESS!

But I have done it with fish, too. Just poured it over them and baked them and it is REALLY good. Adds tons of flavor with very few calories.

If I am having blackened fish, I use bragg's liquid aminos. However, I love, love, love, baked fish with lemon pepper and a bit of fresh rosemary and/or fennel.
