DD for me...We have a potluck dinner after church ...that will be hard. I'm the pastor's wife and I hate hurt anyone's feelings by not eating their goodies...

I'm going to take some Walden Farm's dressing in my purse and eat green salad with that...

When I get home I'll probably have some of the Kroger Carbmaster Yogurt...it's 60 cal...

Of course my coffee...on DD's I have it with 2 Land O Lakes Mini's Half & half...the are only 10 cal each.

So... I had the "assiette brunch" which was made of :
2 eggs (sunny side up) >>> 160
1 cup salad with dressing >>> 50
2 small pieces salmon sashimi >>> 100
1/2 cup yogurt with berries >>> 60
1/2 cup fruit salad (mostly apples) >>> 60

if I count in calculation error I'd evaluate this around 450-500cal, what do you think ?!

No breakfast, slept late.

Delicious homemade curry cooked by my Indian neighbour. I devoured everything in sight!

DD here until evening.

I've got something going on all afternoon where I need to be at my best. I have to eat something, but as little as I can satisfy myself with so I get the DD vibe in full effect.

-chocolate protein shake with half almond/half coconut milk (both Silk brand)
-going to a couple cups of tea and then I'm out the door until later tonight.

Have a great day, JUDDD buds, whatever day it is for you!

Do you have any cabbage? Shredded cabbage steam sauteed then scramble some eggs (or 1 egg and 2-3 whites) into it - very filling

If you create your new name. Then PM Cheri and ask if she can combine it, she will. She did it for me recent, when I screwed up my email and login info!

Lol, sorry was ninja'd by Dottie lol!!!

DD for me.

B - black coffee and a bowl of 100 calorie overnight oatmeal. 1/4 cup oats plus 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup water, cook in microwave for 2 minutes; then cover & refrigerate overnight. Reheat in morning and add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sugar free Davinci syrup. The oats soak up most of the liquid and increase in volume, so I get a big bowl of oatmeal for fewer calories.

L - Tofurky deli slices with dijon mustard, wrapped in lettuce leaves. Dill pickle. Total cal: 123

D - Will probably make cream of cauliflower soup (145 cal).

I'm also drinking 2 cups of sugar free lemonade today with a tablespoon of chia seeds, which will add another 70 calories.

It's a FD here!

Continental breakfast at church. Lots of sweets but I'm getting better and better at not over doing it and I didn't come home with the 'sugar fire' lit. I think JUDDD is really helping with that.

Dinner will be barbeque pork steak, baked beans, potato salad. And a caramel brownie for dessert. And maybe a glass of wine or some drink made with coconut rum that I've been dying to try.

I'm not even going to try to count it up. Just going to enjoy it and be sensible with my portions. The scale was the lowest I've seen since before Christmas so that's a little incentive to not over do it.

Ended up skipping breakfast and it's a good thing because we just got back from WingStop. Over 1000 calories for lunch.

9.30 and am considering a piece of toast and a little bit of marmite cheese, or perhaps some peanut butter.

Decisions, decisions...
