When you blow a DD???
Out of curiosity, what is your opinion on what to do when you blow a DD?
What I mean is by the 3pm show of Hunger Games, I'd only had 250 calories!
You can all guess what happened then...enter popcorn, butter, and half of my hubby's coke.
I know I'm now over my calories for today, so I could make this an up day. Which is ok. I actually did that last weekend.
Or since I really didn't eat normally all day and only really blew it in one 'meal', should I move along as planned?
I'm sure there is a post somewhere about this already but I appreciate comments or links to the others if someone has quick access!

Depends how badly blown it is. If you just went over a bit, like up to MD calorie range, consider it a MD and make tomorrow your regular UD. If you had enough calories to qualify as an UD, do a DD tomorrow. HTH!

I am sure the more experianced JUDDDers will be better at an opinion. But what I did when I blew it at the Hunger Games was just take it as a MD. Then the next day went on to have my UD, then back to routine. I didnt gain but I drank extra water to make up for the saltiness I ate at the movie theater!!!
Current weight: 175 BMI: Obese
1st goal 163 puts me at Overweight!
2nd goal 139 puts me at Healthy weight!
3rd goal 125 puts me at Goal!
Long term, realistic goal....no medications!

My hunger games night turned into a high md/ low up, so I just did dd the next day. And I hadn't gained love juddd, the genes, and the enzymes. this rocks.

For me, if it's under 1000 calories I go on as normal. If it's over, I count it as a medium day and have a dd the next day.
