Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Haven't decided yet, but will probably include the yummy dinner I made last night but didn't eat.

More and more I am realizing I have to plan the UDs out moreso than the DDs, since if I don't I tend to nibble to get to my target, and then there's the chance that I keep nibbling..I do always write everything down.

May possibly go to a cocktail party, so will have to keep that in mind...one cocktail is never enough. I am better having none.

So far
Coffee w/ Splenda and ff hnh
Country kitchen lite bread, 1 slice, and .3 oz (yes, I weigh everything) cream cheese. I am SOOO enjoying bread, even though I usually use the lite to preserve cals..

UD--finally found the Laughing cow strawberry cream cheese (45). So good on a bran-a-crisp (12 each). Even tho' it is kind of a DD food, I had 2 for 70cals total.

DD for me today

Breakfast will be a two minute egg mugg for 100 calories
lunch is kale soup with salad 90 calories
supper will be shirataki noodles with laughing cow cheese and some shrimp and a salad 110 calories
snack later if I need it another cup of soup for 46 calories

Say What?????? There is such a thing? OMG! Have to look for that. Is it in wedges like the regular?

UD for me and hubby is in town. He works out of town and comes home every other weekend. Hopefully this will only last 6 more months but the problem is when he comes into town - we like to eat out.

I thought my store had quit carrying Laughing Cow cheese since it disappeared from near the cream cheese. Accidently saw it in the deli dept and I got the Strawberry and Cream but haven't tried it yet. Glad to know it is good.

Have calculated my cals as best as I can, and I should end the day just a bit over my 1704 target-under 1750. Been nibbling.... Not obsessing about it.

I just hope that's all I eat...

I'm just starting and today is my first UP day.

B - 2 egg omelet, buttered sesame seed bagel, coffee with soy milk
S - 1 cup fresh strawberries, 1 oz cheddar
L - Field Roast frankfurter on a wheat bun with veggie chili & mustard
S - 2 tbsp popcorn popped in 1 tsp coconut oil (so good!)

I've logged 1220 calories so far and have 660 to go.

For dinner I'm going to make cream of broccoli soup in my Vitamix, don't know yet what else I'll have with my meal.

I had walmarts chinese food in the freezer section. 420 cals in the whole container!!

60 oz of water so far..........I am actually starving today but the water is helping!

The Laughing Cow Strawberries and Cream box says 1/3 less fat than cream cheese and is 45 calories a wedge. It has 4 g of fat. Fat calories 35

Changing this to a MD; had the cream of wheat, but then cooked for my DD's house gathering for guests (she just bought a new house, yay!!) So I ended up eating a bit of that food, and I know it took me over my 500 DD numbers - I love that JUDDD is soooooooooo forgiving and I can adjust when things like this happen, yipper!!!
