Some good news

Hey all, when I first calculated my UD DD calories I
Put in no exercise. But I usually do work out 2-3 days a week doing HIIT on my nautilus, however I have a hard time finding motivation. Well I just
Recalculated putting in 3-5 days of moderate exercise and got UD of 1927 instead of 1500. For me that is seriously motivation to exercise three days a week. got to love some instant gratification. I don't mind working for some extra food, I've started to come to terms with the fact that life just isn't fairAnd I can't eat as much as my hubby who is 6 ft 3 inches. I'm feeling a little better about starting JUDD. I'm going to do something special for myself on DD that doesn't involve food. Starting on Monday

WOE: JUDDD/PHD, LC now that my BG is getting weird

Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).
STILL below goal 11/21/15

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
