Start Date: 1.26.2004 - 1st time. This time 1.1.2014
Woot! Woot!

So, last weigh day (Tuesday) was up to 182.2...from 180.6 the time before. While it was certainly annoying, just wrote it off to the JUDD bounce and kept on keeping on, and today.......I am into a whole new decade! 179.4!!!!!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

I just wish all the new JUDDDers who panic when they see great fluctuations in weight on their scale readings, or who have days of no weight loss at all, could see this post, because it is just so typical of the weird way we can lose weight.

I don't know why we all think weight loss is a straight action followed by immediate and direct reaction sort of happening, when it is so very convoluted that it's hard to quite figure out what caused a gain and what contributed to the loss.. other than.. you just respect your calorie ceilings and do your rotations and trust that in the long run, it's going to work for you too!

Thanks for posting your experience here. And congratulations on your nice weight loss!

Those who don't give up, who zero in on their difficulties and solve the problems, who just keep on doing JUDDD seem to be pretty successful, pretty much all the time.
