BIIIIIIG change of plan...

My boyfriend wanted to eat out so I went with him and ended up having a salmon "tartare" (raw salmon) with salad.
I'd say it was around 400cal altogether...

So well, I guess I'll have to lighten my evening menu

It's supposed to be my DD/FD part of MUDDDg today, but I just realized that would work much better tomorrow than today. I'll probably do it BOTH days. I've done that several days in a row before, just another type of IF in my book.

Anyway...

-white tea, green tea, decaf black tea blend with Truvia

Hey EI, I do still have the good feelings. On the DD parts of the day I am not eating that many calories or the meals aren't that big and rich, so it's not enough to disturb the effect.

Whoa, looking back over an estimate of what I ate on my FD yesterday, I must have had 2,800 calories! Too much of it was in wine. But I'm only up .2 on the scale this a.m. *whew*. I have a theory that the calories in alcohol burn off in a flash, and so they don't really count. Haha, j/k.

Sophie, you just wrote my post for me! I had quite a dinner last night, and wine was a big part of it. But I was up 1.4.

So, DD today.

So far, 2 soya flat whites at the gym, post workout. one bite of DH's egg and cress sandwich.

UD here. 168.4 this morning. I knew I'd be up! No pee on DD = water retention! Funny thing is...it's not in my feet and fingers at all. Weird.

B: few sips of half and half (am I the only one who likes to drink it straight from the carton?) A few bites leftover celebration cake from Buca (not my favorite...will probably throw the rest out), and 6 whonu cookies
L: Indian Taco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my leftover taco meat and half an avocado to add to it.
S: Strawberries (5), Clementines (2), maybe a vitamin water.
D: Small, but unknown. A glass of wine would be nice.

Workout - 55 mins vinyasa pilates

Up day.

B: toasted english muffin sandwich with 1 scrambled egg & 1 oz double Gloucester cheese n' chives. 1/2 T butter. 340 cals.

L: Either a cheese and mayo sandwich (600 cals) or 3 green corn tamales (600 cals). Haven't made up my mind yet.

D: PTO fund raiser dine-out night at NYPD Pizza. Not sure what I'm eating there. Wings? Salad? Pizza? The website has menus, but not nutrition info, so I'm a little stumped.

Hmmmm....seems like protein is a little low for today. Might have to make sure I get a little more tomorrow for down day, maybe pick up some deli turkey breast or something.
