BURRRPPP, excuse me.

OK after my feast at dinner last night. I rolled into bed feeling like it was Nov. 24 Turkey day. YIKES TO FULL.
Reading Karla's UD feeling thread I didn't want to take over ur room.
Wanted to say ur post let's me no the overly stuffed feeling I'm having is normal. Dah I ate way to much.
i really didn't like the full feeling. and couldn't sleep due to all I ate and still registered @ 17,000 cal. I hope to do better at lowering to my dd and then hoping to lower the UD calories. it's just too many.
unless I'd eat candy all day. Smile... I could reach the calories without being stuffed, but then would have stomache ache. Lose lose situation.
I've been lethargic all day, know the wonderfully lite rain helps that too.
No intake of calories today thank goodness. Hoping to wait until dinner.
I froze the cin buns. And had no problem not licking my fingers, burp. Excuse me.
I'm not hungry here at 4 pm, but ave the empty feeling if that makes since. Which is why UD cal. Are a must. I got, I got it.
I'm excited , I ordered the Juddd book on line today. About my only accomplish. Grrr.

Haha, EI, sounds like some of my UDs! That "too full" feeling you're describing is familiar - same as it would go for me if I ate too many carby foods on UDs. I literally couldn't wait for the DD because I just felt so icky and overly full - just too much food.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

I was thinking holy cats 17,000 calories

I haven't gotten the book yet but have looked at getting it. I haven't been perfect in my UD and DD but I am keeping on. Love this plan so far and I am in my third week. Other plans I have been on other than when I did Atkins back in early 2000 I usually think of leaving or discouraged at this point.

Not with JUDDD

LOL.. i knew it was a typo but still.. holy numbers!! Can you imagine if you really had to eat THAT MANY!! omg.. But back to your post.. i almost hate UDs. My genral feeling of well being is gone on an up day... i feel tired, sluggish, and just over all yucky! I sooo look forward to my down day which i do mostly coffee, water, with a single hard boiled egg and i feels sooo great!! Best of luck to you dear

1,700 calories seems to go very fast for me and I really can never say I have the "overly full" feeling from eating this number of calories.

But, I do space my calories out the whole day, eating about 4 to 5 smaller meals with a few snacks thrown in there. I never eat a lot at any one time so maybe that is why I don't ever get over full.

1700 goes fast for me too! I like my DD's and sometimes need them. But i LOVE my UD's! I could easily eat over 2000 if i let myself.
try eating more calorie dense foods so u can eat less volume.
