Start Date: JUDDD - 2/01/12 Began at 200, Goal 130
MD Failed yesterday's UD and only managed to get in 1150 cals. Had an appt w/ Dentist for cleaning. I think because of this, that I will attempt to make this MD and get at least 800 today and then back on plan tomorrow with UD!

L - yogurt, apple, strawberries , carrot cake brought by our fabulous custodian who cooks out of this world. I saved my piece for today(800)
D - roast, veggies (700)
I am reversing my calories for a bit. I was having uber big breakfast but since I got my groats, I am going to try to have a small B and a large dinner.

Both DH & my older DS are doing this. with DS I don't want him going down to 500 calories & he has baseball practice tonight so I have to figure something out for dinner that is a little higher in calories for him & the younger ds (also has baseball) but can still be LC for me & dh.

fail experiment yesterday . Did a total fast. Today was shocked to see scale up from 178 to 182 this am. Ekk. Its water bloat though, my fingers are swollen today. So I know I need to get in at least 500 cals on my DD's. My body I guess needs the cals!

What about a side dish for them that's pasta or rice based like a small amount of mac and cheese, or rice and beans? That's if their food isn't all LC too. Or if they could have a small baked potato with butter, sour cream, cheese. Or they could drink whole milk if they like it, or have fruit with whipped cream as dessert. One thing we all like here that can add the calories fast and is LC is a cobb salad ... a regular salad but cut up hb egg, crumbled cooked bacon, cheese, cooked chicken breast, avocado, full fat dressing, etc. Those eating lower calories could eat less or remove some of the most calorific "add-ons" from their serving.

Just some ideas off top of head.

No idea about later. I'll probably go grocery shopping sometime before noon. Might get some meat to grill on the new grill that DH won in a drawing.

Making an egg salad w/4eggs, light mayo and dijonnaise and just munching on that and lettuce (have spray italian dressing for that and 2 wedges of the WW laughing cow type cheese penciled in, too! If I don't eat the cheese, I may have another egg for the added protein and fat) and broth when I get the munchies.

NO maccaroni and cheese or corned beef today

S: Chobani blueberry yogurt
L: Subway 6" turkey and cheese sub on wheat with veggies on top, lite mayo, lays potato chips
S: Del Monte chunky lite mixed fruit
D: Chicken pot pie
S: 100 calorie white cheddar cheese popcorn

I'm supposed to have about 200 more calories today, but I just don't think I can add any more and I may not even be able to eat all I have listed; DD, where are you??? This is one cra-zay diet, hahahahahaha!!!!

oh it is!!! I just didnt post my full menu yet cause today is a I have to run my client around day! I brought just an english muffin just incase i dont get to stop somewhere! I was just babbling about the heck of a bounce the scale took after a total fast!!!

DD today. 167.9 This morning. Only up 1.1lbs since yesterday.

I have packed:
2 baby bel light cheeses
2 clementines
5 big strawberries
a cup of broccoli, cauli, and carrots that I will microwave at work
Fresh pea soup in the fridge at work
Probably buy a cup of cottage cheese w/ some spinach, tomato, and cucumber at work

Workout is barre fitness tonight. 2.5 hours last night and I was D.O.N.E. I even made up a song about it. "I'm done...I'm done...I'm done...that's me! I'm done." I think I lost a few screws while working out.

Anxiety still through the roof. Should be over soon. Confrontation will be happening soon and I hope it goes smoothly. Thanks for all the yesterday guys. Really helps.

L-have no idea. Leaning towards and apple / almond butter wrap and salad, but not sure at all. I have so many delicious, healthy groceries in the house. It's hard to decide.

D- Homemade pizza night- 3 different pizzas on homemade crust. Yummy!!

My week is way off track. I've had what amounts to 3 DDs in a row....not on purpose but that's how it ended up. So I'm having a very good UD today.

B - yogurt, fruit, protein smoothie after my workout

L - bbq hamburger and a piece of b'day cake (celebrating ds' b'day today)

D - out with ladies from church Thinking I'll get Asian salad because I need some veggies! LOL

evening - glass of wine & dark chocolate with hubs.

Thank you! I won't t/j too much (considering this is a weight loss board and this is not a weight loss or JUDDD issue), but basically, I've been having trouble with my parents and it's been rough on me. Leftovers from last night. A carbapalooza, so I'll check my BG and see what happens in a bit.

-large baked potato drenched in butter, sour cream, cheese, evoo, s&P
-1/2 c. corn
-1/2 c. mac & cheese

Decided I'd better have a protein in there, so I had

-3/4 can of sardines in spicy tomato sauce.

I liked those a lot better than the plain ones.

I inhaled all that and still want something. I'll figure something out.

Tonight I'm grilling out. Found some Angus and another package of steak on Manager's Special at Kroger. Probably have a salad and make rice and beans. I bought a carton of the Philly Cooking Creme in the Santa Fe flavor, which I haven't tried yet. I may use it in the rice and beans.

OK, enough blabbering.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Hoping to lose some of the 4 pounds I gained over the weekend...JUDDD doesn't forgive me, I guess..

coffe with Splenda and ff hnh
cabbage thingy with just broth and a bit of carrots, no protein.
probably a grilled chicken breast and maybe spinach.
V-8 if I need it. That really seems to help if I feel headachey-only about 30 cals and feels like food..

Also had a strawberry Greek yogurt.

Wish I'd remembered to take my reading earlier than I did, but at 45 min. my BG was 135. Not so great, cause who knows how high it went before I caught it... anyway I bounced on rebounder for 2 min. A little before an hour PP it was 118, a little after an hour it was 106, so that's good.

Adding: Just found this on bloodsugar 101 blog: normal people's blood sugar fluctuates and may reach the upper 130s an hour after eating and then drop back to normal. The only time you might have a valid concern if your blood sugar at one hour is spiking into the 130s is if it is still in the 130s two hours after eating and even three hours after eating. So that makes me feel better.
