After 4 uds (lol) what next?

Hi everybody,
I'm coming home from a 4 day ski trip today, every day has been an ud, was planning to still do dds but had trouble keeping warm on the slopes so gave up on it...
What now- should I put in some extra dds or just carry on normal rotation? Or decide when I get on the scales?
Hopefully I won't have gained as I've been skiing about 6 hrs a day.

Sounds like you had a great time! I would just carry on the normal rotation.

How long were you doing JUDDD before you went on the trip? Just curious.

Absolutely go back to the normal rotation. There's no need to add extra down days. IF there is a gain, it will come right back off shortly.

Only a week and a half! Lc for a long time before that. Just have last few lbs left to lose. Loving juddd, best part is I feel after 4 days of eating 'normally' I feel like i haven't screwed my diet too bad. And it turns out I haven't gained, so I will just carry on doing rotations as normal.

Thanks for the advice everyone xxx

I'm in agreement with just going back to your normal JUDDD rotation.

I'll bet you had a great time! How fun!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

We did 3 UDs in a row this last weekend -- and even tho it seems like we ate a LOT, our portions weren't overly huge. So, we're calling it a free weekend and today was a DD. I'm at 510, and DH is at about 800. We had cabbage and other mixed veggies tonight, and he had his glass of wine, but the portions weren't bad. It's so good to indulge occasionally, but I was sure looking forward to my DD!!!!

As I wrote on an earlier post today, "Relax, rotate, rejoice!

So glad that the JUDDD magic, and all that skiing did the trick for you.

I'm so jealous!
Great going-lots of calories used in skiing. I would take them all back during apres-ski...
