Yayyy for Spring! Although it's felt like summer here lately.

DD until 5 p.m.

-blends of Irish, green & white tea, with Truvia. (I just grab 2 or 3 bags and brew them together in the coffee pot with the sweetener already in the pot so it gets mixed up as it brews... couldn't be easier)

Don't know what I'll have later, but probably pick from my usual foods: protein shake, apple, red grapefruit, Wasa & toppings, ham sandwich & pickle...

MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

UD, and really feeling the need for high fat even more than usual today. Must be looming around pre-TOM.

B: black tea, 2 soft-boiled eggs, 4 slices bacon
L: liverwurst on sliced swiss cheese with sliced tomatoes + sour dill pickles + sauerkraut, crisped chicken skin, kielbasa, brie
D: 6-layer casserole (ground beef, avocado, cream cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, red onions, marinara, green chili, spices), low carb herb biscuit, raw milk cheddar
S: salt & vinegar almonds

Between 1850-1900 calories.

B: toasted English muffin 120, jumbo 2-yolk egg 90, 1.5 pieces bacon (including fat for frying egg) 150, Coke Zero, Total 360

L: Lamb Vindaloo from Trader Joe's. 360

D: planning leftover pinto beans and cornbread. 600

Yeah, that comes to 1320. Going to have to come up with another 700 or so calories. Darn.

DD and there's some semblance of a plan in my head:

B: Black coffee
S: Broth w/serrano
L: 1 Roma tomato, 1 peeled cucumber, 1 tuna cup in water, WF 1000 Island
D: Sm. Wendy's chili with habanero sauce (May switch to fish and veggies)

Total: 384 Calories

I rarely retain water, but my hands were swollen this morning, so I think the pastrami sandwich yesterday came back to haunt me. No increase on the scale though, so I'm pleased with that.

12 noon had 2 kavli slices, each topped with 2 slices deli ham, 1/2 processed cheese slice, warmed in toaster oven, then give a dab of low-cal mayo and mustard. Approx. 170 calories (would have been 30 - 40 calories less if I'd only had some LCow cheese.)

UD here sitting at .2 below LIW (hcg) so maintaining

B: cheesy salsa chicken thighs (227)
L: bacon cheeseburger salad (429)
S: string cheese and beef snack stick (130)
D: loaded broccoli and pepper jack/swiss/bacon stuffed chicken breast (325)

well crap...UD cals are 1856 and this is a lot of food (to me lol) and it's only 1111 cals (how'd I do that lol!)

Maybe for dessert I'll throw in a cream cheese muffin (or snack) or maybe cottage cheese?

i wondered about the s&v almonds (I love the chips ) are they good?

Dinner - cabbage and shrimp stir-fry 200 cals.
Snack - 1 wedge light LC cheese. 25 cals.
Lots of tea and water!

Total - 565 cals.
