WOE: LC / JUDDD. Started juddd 3/26/12

Beginner needs some help

Hey all. I'm thinking of adding JUDD to LC and am not really getting how to figure out my calories for my UP days. I would appreciate any help! I am about 6-9 pounds from goal and have been bouncing here for about two months, it's getting really old! Between 126 and 129, my goal is 120 and then perhaps 115 if all goes well. I just need to know what my UP day calories should be for me to get started.I'm thinking that I might have to add back some carbs to get enough calories on the UP days because LC really decreases my appetite and I'm averaging less than 1,400 a day most days, more if I'm PMSing. I hope this is enough info to help me figure things out. Thanks lots!

go to johnson's up day down day website and he has a calculator to put all your stats in, first two weeks UD is your UD cals and DD is 500 then after induction you utilize your DD cals from his calculator.

WOE: JUDDD/PHD, LC now that my BG is getting weird
Start Date: JUDDD 1/1/12 + LCHF 12/1/13 (controlling diabetes)

It sounds like you have a good plan. Have you visited Dr J' website? Run an internet search on 'Johnson up down diet' then follow the menu to the diet and how it works.

Please let us know if you have been there already and/or find it confusing.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
