Am I crazy or.....

Am I crazy or does everyone seem to pee more on DD's? I drink the same amount of water and coffee daily. But it just seems I have to go Pee more on DD's than UD's!!!

I swear I have been going every 30 mins!! It was like this on my last DD too! (this is my second DD on JUDDD). Not complaining, just curious!

Yeppers. It doesn't happen to me every DD. Usually happens once a week. I consider it the JUDDD equivalent of an LC whoosh. For me, it seems to mean my fat cells, which also handle stored water, are ready to do some rearranging.

The good news is that is probably weight you are - ahem - pissing away.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Kind of!! I also know that if I have to get up to visit the little girl's room in the middle of the night that I'll have lost weight the next morning (unless it's because I've drunk too much wine!! LOL!!!)

Actually you are! I read that this woe, after practiced for a while, starts to inhibit the body from storing extra calories as fat and that it causes existing fat cells to rupture and "melt". The leftovers flow quickly through the blood stream and the kidneys flush them out. Ain't it cool? We have amazing bodies. You are peeing your fat away!

Yup. Add me to those who think of it in a positive light. If you aren't drinking a whole lot more, that fluid has to be coming from somewhere, so water release from stored carbs and fat cells being emptied. It's a good sign.

yes, every DD. i think it is because i usually eat mostly protein. and that has diuretic effect. but if it happens to others who are not eating mostly protein then it is probably related to the way the body loses fat. i learned that from Dr. Simeons during the hcg protocol. as fat is dissolved the fat cells fill with water to keep weight stable. eventually the walls of those fat cells dissolve; the water is released; you pee like crazy and drop some weight. then the whole process starts over.
