Calulatored My new goal for maintance.
It's what several of my days have been since starting this woe.
Kissa told me it was easy to maintain!!
They are 2000 UD, 1000 dd. I can live with that forever!
I feel the b12 vit has helped me. Plus few weeks ago two pounds of chicken livers...grown.
I do have a question.
The JUddd buz? Do u experienced Juddders always notice the good head feeling on dd's only? Ive had more energy than I have had in years.

Glad to hear you're doing so well, EI! Your numbers sound do-able for life. I firmly believe that in maintenance we can work this woe how we want/need for a lifetime - it needs to work around our lives NOT us working our lives around our woe!
And from anecdotes I've seen around the net, a higher DD is fine for maintenance because it's the large swing between UD/DD that makes this work (as long as the calories altogether are set right). 1000 calorie difference between days is still quite a lot, and I can see that working for at least some people. I don't do much less than that on my DDs, and to be honest, fully intend to raise my DDs even higher, up to 900 - 1000 when I go back to doing regular JUDDD DDs (as opposed to the MUDDD I'm on now - I always change things up now and then).
Adding: I notice if I increase the amount of exercise on the JUDDD calculator to "light excercise" it gives me pretty much a 1000 calorie spread between days, and that's 45% restriction, which should definitely maintain the SIRT1 gene's work. Currently I eat 2000 - 2200 on FDs and 850 DDs, and have maintained at a lower weight than my original goal weight.
In answer to your question, I notice the good DD feeling by afternoon on DDs and I get it during UD if there has been a long stretch between meals.
Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

WOE: Restart JUDD 2/10/15
Start Date: Aug 2011/I was maintaining since April 2012
Sounds good. Looking at my past week or so, my DD's have been between 800-1000, and my UD's 1450-1650. Working on being able to push the UD's a bit higher, but for now, that causes gains.
Honestly, the week I just zig zagged my calories, I lost a pound. So, I may try that when I get back from my Mom's if I need to lose again. I think what I'd like to move toward is 2 IF days a week (16-18 hr fasts by skipping breakfast those days), with maintenance calorie days the other days and FD's on weekends. Not sure how that would work, but it intrigues me.
I'm like Sophie, always changing things up. LOL
Tina--wife to my dh for 24 years and mom to 4 great kids. JUDDD reboot to lose the nearly 20 pounds gained in the past 2 years.

I feel good almost always!
Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.
Relax, rotate, reduce, rejoice.
Down Days are the cement that hold JUDDD together.

I have been playing around a bit myself also, and haven't had any gains other than the usual up and down swing.
You've peeked my interest!!
