Start Date: 8/5/15
1044 cal DD and Lost!!!

Juddd so far. I am easing in slowly. Started with a gigantic UD followed by the 1044 dd yesterday. Scale showed a 1.8 lb loss

Since I have So much to lose I think that helped me...also gives me time to get my dds lower over the next couple of weeks.

I started JUDDD Feb. 9th, and was hungry at first on DD, but now, do not get the "must have something to eat or die" feelings at all. It is 6:15PM where I live, and I've made it on 2 cups of beef broth (20 cals) just fine, so far. May have something small before bed to take meds. Don't you just JUDDD, and all our JUDDD-BUDDDs?

I think you're doing GREAT, Tam! You are doing exactly what will ensure your success. You are easing into the plan in a way that fits your needs, and you are keeping good track of how your body is reacting.
Way to go!!! Congrats on the loss (which I am sure we will read a lot more of from you) !

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

I just when I see someone taking our JUDDD WOE and not being scared because that DD number seems too low!

You did what I did, under suggestion from Pat (SoHappy), and upped your DD calories so you wouldn't run away before you even tried JUDDD and worked it as you knew it would work for you!!

Great job and even better inspiration for others wanting to try JUDDD!

I would love to see you post about this on the main lobby and also keep this thread going here with your progress! It will really help others, I'm so sure!!
