7:30PM and too late to save this day

I feel cruddy- have my 3rd cold this year (yikes!)- and I decided not to go to
Bible study tonight. I have my days rotating so that Bible study days are UDs.
We all bring a dish and have a pretty nice evening of food & fellowship, and I
like being able to participate. Well, earlier today, I realized that my voice isn't
a whole lot better than it has been all week, so I emailed the hostess and told
her I wouldn't be coming this week. I guess I had my mind set on a DD then,
because if I'm not going to Bible study, and it's a Friday, then it must be a DD.
So here it is, going on 7:30, and I've had 242 calories. I just recently read where
someone (SoHappy?) had a couple DDs, back-to-back, and it didn't make any
difference, either way. So now I'm going to try for my UD tomorrow and hope this
doesn't do anything detrimental to me.

If at first you don't succeed, try doing it by the book...

Sorry you are sick. Don't worry about 2 DDs in a row. That's not a problem. According to what I have read, it takes longer than that for your body to slow down it's metabolism. Just listen to your body. Eat chicken soup!! Studies show it really does help. Just get better and rest, rest, rest.
