Bye-bye inches!

So, last night before getting into the shower, I decide to measure - I haven't measured since I did the initial reading at the beginning of Jan when I started....and I am proud to announce 8 3/4" gone!

I can't remember all of them - bit I do remember 2" off my waist, an inch off each thigh, 1 1/4" off my rib cage...and an inch and some off of my hips.

The rest were a quarter or a half inch here or there.......

I am delighted!

See there? It wasn't long ago that you were discouraged. I'm glad you've hung in there long enough to see the changes. Good job!

Wonderful stuff!! Congrats! Inches gone makes a person look better in their clothes, helps them get into smaller sizes, and we are on a woe that burns fat, not muscle, which helps too! Happy for you!

You are oh, so right! So instead of "just keep swimming, swimming, swimming" my new motto is "just keep JUDDDING, JUDDDING, JUDDDING" !

(Finding Nemo reference for you without kids. )
