Ok! I got it! I think I get it now by George.
I have been focusing on JUddd for a month now give or take.
I read and read and crossed my fingers!
Kept busy on our little farm, and life stuff, etc.
All along reading wanting to adjust these last few pounds into the trash.
Well. I think I've had success.
It's not a big drop in the wt. cause I only have a few to lose.
This last week I've worked at doing things that aren't snacking related on ALL days. All days, each day.
Being retired from the real world of working folk.
I have all the time I needs eat something if I need it.
No time clock to punch anymore, empty nest, great husband.
Happy in all aspects of my life. Medium health some days. And then lower Health most days. Nothing to brag about. Skin problems mostly, that drive me nuts, stomach ulcer, to knee and back pain.
I sound really broken. But to see me I look great. And that is a blessing. Thank u God.
Last week I really buckled down and told myself I'm trying for low to necessity calories. I'm a strong will person, other people do this! Softie, Pat, kissa, pami, beep, Tina, yata yata . love u all by the way and thank u.
Ok here are my findings.
I have finally gotten a touch of the high.
The low calorie buzz on d day. I was doing great! Had a healthy eating UD probably 1,500 day before. I'm looking around wondering what is this feeling.
I have a good feeling and skipping breakfast.... No cant be......
Isn't my stomach hurting?.... No. I was amazed.
I wanted all the new bees to hear me.
It took me time (almost a month) to do the low calorie on dd.
Today is a down day. I waited until 3pm to finally take nourishment.
Of ourselves i had lots of coffee this am and lots water this afternoon.
Water has lots of nutrients. Love it! I feel my stomach and off I go again.
I've been wanting to post about this, but wanted to be sure.
I GOT IT.
It takes time, practice.
I tmw Is a up day for me.. More calories, but I still plain to put off eating noon.
It just has me not be slugishs, hungry all the time. R think I'm hungry. I'm not...
I may fail tmw. And eat right out of bed, after coffee. But don't think-so.
I got it... For now. If I lose. I no I can get it again. No biggy.
It's just interesting to play, work with our body's, food.
It takes time. Practice! And Practice makes? Better... Thanks to all who post here often. I'm reading! Hugs.

Sounds like it's coming along for you. For most of us, it does NOT start off easy. But as we keep doing JUDDD, keep working it as best we can, eventually it does get so much easier, and when it *clicks* it's like the light comes on or something.

Yay Eieio! So glad to read this. Been wondering where you've been hiding out. You are doing great.
And if you do need to eat breakfast tomorrow, it's ok. Just count it in with your daily calories and go about your day. You got this!

Hey Eieio Good to see you 'round these parts again! Sounds like things are clicking for you, and don't worry about failure - if some days get off kilter, then just get right back on the rotation and keep going. You'll do great. We're here when you need us.
Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
