DD/MD/UD ... what's the order again ??

This is such a newbie question...
But i'll ask anyway !

today (tuesday) is a DD but I need my next DD to be on friday
SO !

do i do :
wednesday MD > thursday UD

or the other way around.... ??

Yes, you got it! DD today, MD tomorrow (Wednesday), UD Thursday, DD Friday!

Smart Newbie here! It took me several tries before this girl's mind understood how to do it!!

I've only done one MD, but read somewhere it's easier if you do DD, MD, UD so you are well fueled for your DD. I have not tried it the other way though, so it might be okay that way.

Sa: MD

That's just because I've read on here many times that you need a good UD before your DD, so an MD then a DD might not cut it. Remember, and MD is really just the average of your DD and UD cals, so it's like you are doing 2 days in 1...so to speak.

what is a MD? (i'm such a noob)

I'm assuming it's a middle day, does that mean you eat half your calories?

MD, not recommended until you've been doing the regular rotation long enough to activate SIRT1, is used to change your rotation if you need an UD to fall on a specific day. It's your UD calories + DD calories, divided by 2. Basically an average of your UD/DD calories.

I remember reading somewhere that a good way to remember the preferred order is S-M-L (small, medium, large) = DD, MD, UD.

Yes, it is a middle day. You can use them to switch up your rotation if you need to. (See examples above). You eat your average calories - which is your (DD cals + your UD cals) divided by 2.
