B - coffee with HWC, 2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil, 2 slices whole wheat toast with REAL rhubarb preserves I had in my freezer made in SD L - yogurt, apple, strawberries D - round steak, veggies, maybe a sweet potato GOOGOO Cluster (only one and it is sitting by my computer keeping me company)

Good morning!! My DD menu for today:
B: instant cream of wheat, coffee L: 3/4 cup cooked cabbage, Atkins caramel chew bar D: Atkins chocolate shake S: naval orange Water will be my choice of beverage, lots of it!! ![]() P.S. - I had so much food to eat yesterday that I didn't even finish all of it - this WOE is all that and a bag of chips!! ![]()
