L: low carb pizza with spicy italian sausage + onions + peppers
D: no idea yet, as I'm going to a party, but I'm saving about 1000 calories for this

Start Date: JUDDD-11/11 to present (LC-5/11-11/11)
DD here:
Breakfast: Was going to be at church running around for hours, so treated myself to a cafe con leche made at home using Truvia and 1/2 c whole milk-75 cals.

Lunch:Tuna salad-1/2 packet of Aldi's lemon pepper tuna, 1/2 hb chopped egg, 2 Tbsp light mayo, 1/2 stalk chopped celery, dill relish, mustard, curry powder and Frank's. Placed atop a bed of artisan lettuce, campari tomatoes all around the edge (drizzled with Bolthouse Farms ceasar parmigiano dressing) and a Dr.Kracker seeded crispbread on the side-391 cals.

Dinner-Salad bar tonight-I make up a bunch of healthy salad bar fixings, and let each person help themselves!-Probably around 250 cals.

Just had the ham and muenster cheese on toasted sweet Italian bread (about 1/3 of the small loaf and I dug out some of the bread to make room for the filling) with lettuce, tomato, some mayo and a few drops of Italian salad dressing. 2 dill pickle spears. About 6 Doritos.

It was pretty tasty! The kale gives it kind of an unfamiliar flavor, to me, because I don't eat kale very much, but it tasted sort of "green" and the apple and lemon sweetened it up some. I liked it.

Going well so far. Had carrot and ginger juice for dinner, along with a banana.

I'm at 387 calories for the day, might have something else, might not.

And, I might add, I went on a 12-mile bike ride today, too. Haven't done that hard of a workout on a down day yet.

Feeling fine.

Had some black tea with a little honey earlier.

Just finished a red grapefruit.
On the FD part of my evening, I've had 6 or 8 Thin Mints, some colby-jack cheese and Nut-Thin crackers, one square 90% dark chocolate with 1/2 T. peanut butter, and wine, of course, which has fueled the snack-fest. Along with my not cooking (just me and DH here and he fended for himself tonight) or really having anything in the house I felt like eating, so I guess all this snacky stuff was my dinner. At least I'm full now, so I may or may not have anything else before bed later on.
