Doing MUDDD, so DD until 5 p.m. and then it's FD.
So far, just black coffee. I might have a ham and cheese sandwich with a pickle and a handful of potato chips or popcorn for lunch.

UD. Stuck to my MD limit yesterday without going over, but it was seriously white-knuckled the entire day due to my OV time hungry beast. Hopefully I can do the same today.
B: coffee, two eggs over-easy, 4 slices bacon L: low carb pizza with spicy italian sausage + onions + peppers D: no idea yet, as I'm going to a party, but I'm saving about 1000 calories for this

DD here:
Breakfast: Was going to be at church running around for hours, so treated myself to a cafe con leche made at home using Truvia and 1/2 c whole milk-75 cals. Lunch:Tuna salad-1/2 packet of Aldi's lemon pepper tuna, 1/2 hb chopped egg, 2 Tbsp light mayo, 1/2 stalk chopped celery, dill relish, mustard, curry powder and Frank's. Placed atop a bed of artisan lettuce, campari tomatoes all around the edge (drizzled with Bolthouse Farms ceasar parmigiano dressing) and a Dr.Kracker seeded crispbread on the side-391 cals. Dinner-Salad bar tonight-I make up a bunch of healthy salad bar fixings, and let each person help themselves!-Probably around 250 cals.

It was pretty tasty! The kale gives it kind of an unfamiliar flavor, to me, because I don't eat kale very much, but it tasted sort of "green" and the apple and lemon sweetened it up some. I liked it.
