First month results

First of all, I'm sorry I'm not more active on this board, I'm still getting my nerve up to post online more often...

My first month of JUDDD ended yesterday and as of this morning I am down 10.4 lbs total.

As I've mentioned once before, I have struggled with emotional eating on down days, but have tried hard to keep the alternate day rhythm intact. It has been getting easier as time goes on, and positive results sure are helping!

I am so optimistic that this WOE may indeed be possible for me to continue throughout my life.

Thank you all for your support !

That is a magnificent first month!

Overcoming emotional eating is difficult (I know). I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

What a wonderful, wonderful post.

10.4 is an outstanding loss in any month, especially if you have had issues.

Would love to see you post this on our JUDDD WhooHoos, it is a real triumph.

That is a wonderful loss! I'm so proud of you for continuing with the rotation, despite difficulties. Please post as often as you feel like. And I'm so happy it's getting easier for you. I wish you much continued success!

That is a wonderful loss! WTG on sticking with it, even when it's difficult. I have read many posts of people who have seen JUDDD normalize their relationship to food. Praying this happens for you too.

Way to GO! Ten pounds in a month is awesome!

Add mine to the list of people who are wishing you a normalized relationship with food. I believe it can happen on JUDDD. It is for me.
