Who posted the great graph showing her 'bounces'?

I thought that was such a helpful post and was wondering if it could be added to the great All you need to know about JUDDD stuff?

I have lost that too, was you Beeb or you Sophie who started that? It should be a sticky for sure.

It is just that we see so many newbies struggling to cope with the bounces on the scale and that graph made it so clear that it is fine if this happens, the end result is a smaller you.

Anyone able to help?

LOL that was 8 pounds overnight!! I had way overdone the exercise the
day before. I was so sore I could barely get out of bed, so I already knew
where it was coming from. I don't know if "falling off the wagon" one day
would be enough to cause an 8-pound spike?
