Every year I have a Cadbury Creme Egg. Usually just that one, but it just would seem like the Season wasn't complete if that sweet egg wasn't a tiny part of it.

I don't think I've seen the mini eggs. Are they similar but smaller, or totally different?

I think the minis are solid chocolate?
Gawd I used to love the speckled robins eggs. I think they were malted milk balls? But they were blue speckled and would make your mouth blue

I love the malted milk eggs. Haven't had any this year!

Love the vanilla buttercream eggs and the chocolate covered marshmallow eggs. They are my downfall!

YEARLY Creme egg? You guys are so cute!

Target had them on sale for 2 (packages of 4) for $4. I bought 6 packages. Yes, some are for my husband, but they are my favorite and I stock up for the year. The year usually ends sometimes in July or August, but whatever.

I also enjoy the mini caramel eggs, the nestle crunch eggs, and the cadbury mini eggs (pure chocolate/crunchy shell). I've said for years that I truly do believe chocolate just tastes better in egg form.

The malted milk balls were my all time FAV!! Unfortunately I remember eating a huge bag of them and every last one of them came back up. Haven't wanted them since!
BUT the Cadbury egg is a different story and at 150 cal an oeuf, I think I might have a few. Although the See's bordeaux is my number one favorite and that has 160.

I need to stop thinking about this now as it is a DD for me!

I freaked my son out when he was little. I floated a peep on his hot cocoa and it really disturbed him
I explained it was just a marshmallow, but to this day he won't even look at them lol.

Ok, now you people got me doing my homework...

From wikipedia:

Quote:
Over the years, Cadbury has introduced a number of products related to the original Creme Egg, including:

Border Creme Eggs. The first variant, wrapped in various colours of tartan foil and containing chocolate fondant. Introduced as "Fry's Border Creme Eggs" in 1970, rebranded as "Cadbury Border Creme Eggs" in 1974 and discontinued in 1981.
Mini Creme Eggs (bite-sized Creme Eggs)
Caramel Eggs (chocolate egg with a caramel filling). Launched in 1994.[3]
Mini Caramel Eggs (bite-sized Caramel Eggs)
Chocolate Creme Eggs (chocolate fondant filling)
Orange Creme Eggs (Creme Eggs with a hint of orange flavour)
'Berry' Creme Eggs (magenta wrapper and pink fondant, sold circa 1997 in Australia)
Mint Creme Eggs (green "yolk" and mint flavour chocolate)
Dairy Milk with Creme Egg bars
Creme Egg Fondant in a Narrow Cardboard Tube (limited edition)
Creme Egg ice cream with a fondant sauce in milk chocolate
Dream Eggs (New Zealand). White chocolate with white chocolate fondant filling. Discontinued in 2010.[2]
Cadbury McFlurry (British, Irish and Canadian McDonald's only) McFlurry soft serve mix with Creme Egg & chocolate filling.
Creme Egg Twisted (Britain, Ireland, Australia and Canada) Available all year round. It was introduced to Australia in 2010 but was quickly discontinued.
Holiday Ornament Creme Egg
Mad About Chocolate Egg (Australia and New Zealand). Purple wrapper, milk chocolate with chocolate fudge filling. Discontinued in 2010.[2]
Peppermint Egg (New Zealand). Discontinued in 2010.[2]
Jaffa Egg (New Zealand) Dark chocolate with orange filling
Marble Egg (New Zealand) Dairy Milk and Dream Chocolate swirled together
Screme Eggs, for Halloween market. White and green fondant filling with the same taste as the standard Creme Egg.
Giant Creme Eggs, a thick chocolate shell with white and caramel fondant filling. Manufactured in North America. Discontinued in 2006.
I'm totally buying these if I see them which I never have but I'm totally going to search everywhere. I wish they still made the "Giant Creme Eggs," cause I'm interested.

BTW, I also read that the ones sold in the UK are bigger (i.e. the original) and they are 180 calories? Who will mail me some? <----Come on, look how cute I am.
