UD -1704 cals target
b-1.3 jumbo eggs made into an omelet with parm, asparagus and manchego cheese on top, with BUTTER! coffee with splenda and ff hnh
l-SANDWICH of grilled chix breast on lite rye with lite mayo and dijonaise, cukes
d-not sure, maybe small burger on lite roll and a couple ounces left over salmon from yesterday

The DD menus are helpful. Other people seem to be getting so much more "bang for the buck" than I, and I really need it...

Not sure yet!

Saturday was supposed to be a down day for me and I screwed up. Woke up HUNGRY and the day didn't get much better so it ended up being a mid-day pretty much. After 2-months that was the 1st time I woke up on a down day like that.... I just continued with the schedule and . I got up on the scale and no weight gain this morning - as a matter of fact, lost 1/2 lb. I was pretty busy this weekend so I'm sure I just burned more than I took in. I was just surprised that on Saturday I was so hungry.

B: 1/2 avocado, 1/2 roma, 4 slices bacon - 325ish
L: Protein shake 160
D: Same 160

Workout - Body Pump class

Still stuck at around 172. I've been up around 172.6 after DDs, and down to 172ish after UDs for at least a week. Today, after a UD (which included more wine than I "should" have had), I was 171.9. I have my period in the middle of my pill pack, so that probably has something to do with it. I'm hormonal and annoyed!

Edited to add: Snack: 5-6 strawberries, 1/3 cup raspberries. 75 cals? I don't know. Total 720. Seems high. Oh well...I'm workin out. I'm so grumpy...

Ha, this has already changed. For breakfast I had a mini bagel and made a protein shake with flax milk, whey and soy protein powder and frozen strawberries. It was good!

Going to make this a DD. Yesterday was supposed to be, but I was just too hungry and it got away from me. Plus, tomorrow needs to be UD because we have a business luncheon and dinner to attend.

So far:
Coffee w/ half and half

Will have 2 ounces leftover tilapia from last night's dinner, steamed veggies, salad w/ ACV

Hot chocolate/EVCO drink mid afternoon

Roasted chicken breast for dinner w/ sliced green peppers and cabbage.

Cindy (Kissa) I am in the Hartford Chorale the "premier symphonic chorus in CT", and we are rehearsing to join 225 other voices to sing Verdi's "Requiem", in a chorus of 400 along with the Hartford Symphony and Hartt college orchestra for the 50th anniversary for the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Hartford.

My husband and I have also been active in theatre, but not right now...

UD today after a good DD yesterday (but that was also after a really horrifying Up Up and Away Day on Saturday with all kinds of awful high calorie ski lodge food while skiing).

B: coffee, 2 soft-boiled eggs, 2 slices bacon
L: chili ground beef avocado veggie casserole
D: homemade low carb pizza with spicy italian sausage + onions + peppers, low carb herb biscuit, drunken goat milk cheese
S: Blue Diamond salt & vinegar almonds, small square of 85% dark chocolate, 1 tbsp fresh ground creamy almond butter

About 1400 calories. I need to add in a few hundred more calories at least, so still trying to work it out.

DD for me today!

Cuc/tomato salad 30
Chicken Broth 5
coffee and almond milk 15
2 pcs bacon thick cut 140
Light Wasa, 1/2 WW cheese 2oz smoked fish 100 Yummy, filling and decent protein!
290 so far...
Brought the Spicy Miracle noodle dish to work for 100
More cuc salad for a snack 20
1 hot choc.20
430 total for the day

may have a snack when I get home... a wasa with the other 1/2 or the WW cheese for 32 that would put me at 462 not bad!
I thought I would be a LOT more hungry after the extra carbs yesterday. I ate approx 85 which is a LOT more than I am used to! Mild headache this morning taken care of by some aspirin. And the hunger I believe was taken care of by the protein and healthy fats in the bacon and smoked fish! I'm feelin' pretty good today!
