Stats: Goal Met July, 2015 - 112!!!!
WOE: JUDDD
Just About A Happy Me!!

I started JUDD January 1 keeping track of all my calories - lost 2 # for the month!

February I also kept track : had 16 DD with an average of 872 calories per day, had 13 UP with an average of 1630 calories a day.

During the month of February I lost 1 #!

My total since the beginning of the year is a loss of 3 #'s.

The great news is I look and feel a lot thinner! I am wearing jeans today that did not fit at Christmas.

The scales are going rather slow but not the inches - wish I would of measured before starting JUDD.

Just wanted to share my news!

Oh! I wish you'd have measured at the beginning too. It would be fun to see what the actual change has been, although being able to get into a pair of jeans that previously didn't fit is proof that your body is reshaping itself as it loses a bit of weight.

You are having high DDs, up at approximately 54% of your UDs, so you may be very, very close to your maintenance calories.. thus slower weight loss, but you're so close now anyway. I forgot how tall you are, but I'll bet you look slim and sleek already!

Fun to slip into an article of clothing that we hadn't been able to wear for awhile and have it fit us perfectly again. Congrats!

I'm 5'2" and a senior citizen. The best part of my loss is that last night I put on a article of clothing and it looked super great. Was a nice evening !!!

That's awesome! Wooo-Hoooo! A lot of us have found this WOE burns the inches. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for the scale to catch up, but the fat is burning. Burn, fat, burn!!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
