In your opinion, which is the best pizza crust?
We are making it tonight and I have read so many mixed reviews!

That's the one I used :-) (the first link) I love it! I didn't care for the chicken one as much, but it was still good.

I made pizza last night and used hamburger as the crust. Here's a picture. It turned out AMAZING! Delicious and simple...

I go the lazy route and use a low carb tortilla to make pizzas.

There isn't really a recipe. I just spread some ground beef thinly on a baking sheet and popped it into the oven at 400 degrees. Draining fat off as it cooked. I flipped it over after about 10-15 minutes and then topped it with my favorite low-carb pizza toppings. Popped it back in the oven for 5-8 more minutes and called it DELICIOUS!

I made pizza for the first time last week using the recipe below. Came out great! But you did have to eat it with a fork.

You Won't Believe it's Cauliflower Pizza Crust

1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower**
1 egg
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2tsp fennel
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley

pizza or alfredo sauce
toppings
mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit.

Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.

In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, egg and mozzarella. Press evenly on the pan. Sprinkle evenly with fennel, oregano and parsley.

Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes (15-20 minutes if you double the recipe).

Remove the pan from the oven. To the crust, add sauce, then toppings and cheese.

Place under a broiler at high heat just until cheese is melted.

Not sure if you're talking about the picture of the pizza I posted, but my carb totals were: 1.5 for the olives, 1 for the mozzarella, 1.5 for the sauce and a trace for the bell peppers. So 4g of carbs. I also just made the chicken/cheese crust deep dish pizza for lunch today and it was also very delicious!!!

How do you go about ricing the cauliflower? Is there a way to do this without buying a ricer? Thanks!!
