Event this weekend!
I have totally stuck to the rotation and it has worked well for me. Today we will be on the road to go to a 50th birthday party and today is my ud and tomorrow is my dd which is the day of the party. I will be using today as a higher number although not as high as a ud and tomorrow as an ud so I can enjoy my weekend not to mention I have not had time away with the dh for a month. This scares me but I guess I need to find out how forgiving Juddd is but this is just for today and tomorrow and on Sunday I will be back to a dd and then restart the rotation. I don't think I will be losing anything this week b/c of the 5 lbs I lost last week as I been weighing everyday and the scale has been boucing up about 2 pounds but I am ok. So until Monday I will see what this weekend brought forth.

WOE: JUDDD/PHD, LC now that my BG is getting weird
Start Date: JUDDD 1/1/12 + LCHF 12/1/13 (controlling diabetes)
In my experience (based on a four-day foodie vacation a month ago) JUDDD is both protective against weight gain AND removes any new pounds very quickly. Have a great time with dh, party like a maniac, then dive right back into DD. All will be well.
Still at goal 2/6/13
Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).
STILL below goal 11/21/15
I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!
JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
