Loved your chart. That's a perfect picture showing my analogy of the rubber ball, bouncing up and down as it descends the stairs.

That chart is SO critical for everyone to understand!! Do not let one day on the scale rule your day or your commitment. This JUDD thing creates a big rubber ball, but it does end up going down the stairs, it just has fun bouncing on it's way there.

Woohoo! Congrats on the wonderful loss and extra wonderful on being smoke-free! I chart my weight daily on excel as well, and it's so helpful to see that regardless of the crazy bounces (and I've had some bounces that went back up really high too), it's still going down overall. You are doing great!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
