2 month update

Can't believe it's been 2 months already!! JUDDD is definetly the easiest diet to stick with - I don't think I've ever done Atkins for 2 months straights with no cheats. I've done 500/ DDs and 1800 UDs, and lost another 8 lbs this month. Add that to the 8lbs I lost last month, and I'm now down 16.6 lbs!!! Not the fastest I've ever lost, but very steady. If I can keep on at this rate, I should reach my goal in a couple of months. Hopefully I'll see the 150s in the next week or so - that'll be a huge motivator for me.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

I'm so happy to hear JUDDD is working out nicely for you! Congrats on losing weight at a nice 2-pounds a month. I think that's wonderful, and so much fun to be eating anything you want every other day..... and still be losing that weight!

But it's YOU who are doing it. JUDDD is only the plan you are using. Woo Hoo!

Congrats! I have to agree with DD80 that is pretty darn fast to me too! I wish my dd, 17 could drop 8 lbs. a month with JUDDD. She lost an initial five and basically stalled out from there.

Not too shabby for only dieting for about 15 days out of each month and eating very, very fully the other half, is it!
