Woke up Friday with the Stomach Flu
I have not been able to each much in the last 3 days. How will this effect my rotation? Can I just continue with the same rotation even though I did not get in enough calories either on my up or dd day?

My suggestion is you start over after you are feeling better, starting with an UD and go with the rotation from there. This will give your body a few days to get back to normal and by doing an UD when you are feeling yourself again you will be giving yourself a good chance to just jump right back into JUDDD with no problems.

WOE: JUDDD/PHD, LC now that my BG is getting weird
Start Date: JUDDD 1/1/12 + LCHF 12/1/13 (controlling diabetes)
I agree with Linda. You need to rebuild your strength once food is palatable again. If that puts you on a bad schedule, give it a few cycles then adjust your rotation.
I hope you feel 100% very soon!

Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!
JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
