UD - and a funny one at that!!

B: 2 cups of tea, 2 slices of toast, with butter and marmite
S: 4-5 squares of Rum'n'Raisin Chocolate
L: 2 small skinny flat whites
S: a few chips (as in fish & chip shop chips - not crisps - LOL!)
D: Sea Food Pad Thai
Wine: Yes (some champagne)

I'm at just under 1700!!!!!!!!!!! Until dinner and the 'chips' I was at 598 - just wasn't hungry! Wasn't hungry yesterday either!!!

UD for me and im off of work and having a massive scraping and cleaning on my right side teeth this afternoon!!
tomorrow is the left side

just had a great workout and am having a protein shake with 1/2 scoop protein with coffee and half and half, i had 1 thin mint
When SO gets up we are going for pancakes!!! This is one thing i have not had yet since starting to eat carbs again so im very excited. Thinking about going to IHOP and having the green eggs and ham with whole wheat pancakes.
I dont know about lunch, probably and sandwich, then dentist
So dinner will probably be soup
I'm sure i will have a couple more cookies today and maybe a glass of wine tonight
I will try to keep it under 1800 today

L: salad w/ lite honey mustard dressing and cottage cheese (401) (might trade salad for a homemade egg/ham/cheese sammy on a bagel thin for similar calories)
D: cheese tortellini w/ vodka sauce, broccoli crown w/ mayo (392)
S: toasted vitatop, and working in a chocolate covered marshmallow egg (230)

I recalculated my numbers (haven't done so since I started JUDDD) and have decided to try my UD number at 1750. With today's planned menu, I still have 200 more calories to go. I better start eating... Lol!

UD--day 37. My DD's are in such a good groove---under 200 cal and feeling good all day. Working for another good UD.

Breakfast--Fage 0% 1 cup, with 1tbls Ch. PB2, a little SF creamer, 1/4 cup protein plus cereal, 2tbl walnuts and coffee with SF creamer

Lunch--taco meat, avocado, salsa, sprinkle of cheese, olives, and LF sour cream, fruit salad

snack--cottage cheese and pear

dinner--salad with ham and jarlsberg cheese, boathouse blue cheese dressing, skinny cow popsicle

lots of green tea, hot water

Coke Zero. Coffee. Options available for small snacks: cottage cheese, pork sausages.

Try to keep to 400 cals today.

Down days have been very successful so far. There have been very few that I went over on calories, or felt like I cheated.

Up days are another story. The last two have be UP UP and AWAY days. My weight is creeping up and I am not happy. I need to reign in these up days. I think the eating out is the culprit - need to avoid restaurants for a week or so.

Sugar free angel food cake w/ light cherry pie filling on top-130 cal

Total so far:560cal. 190 left if needed.

Wow, I didn't even notice this the first time I read your post... to your DH!

We were on a cruise last week when my DH had his birthday. The Indonesian waiters in the dining room sang happy birthday in their native language. That was really special!

My mother (deceased now) and oldest sister shared a birthday on April Fool's Day!

DD and just at the start of my pre-TOM raging hunger so I have no idea if I'll stay within limits for dinner. Here's what I'm planning so far anyway.

B: coffee
L: pan-fried tilefish
D: 6 slices bacon, shrimp

Aiming for 550 or so, but I won't beat myself up if it gets higher.

Dinner was tandoori chicken, naan, chicken curry, raita, saag paneer and a nibble of gulab jamun.
