So happy it is an UD!!!

Yesterday was a very rough DD. I am loving my UD today!!! I think this second try at Juddd is going to stick

Yup, the longer you do this the easier it DOES become! I am now going on 7 months and find my DDs to be a breeze! I am SO not hungry on these days that I can now wait to eat in the late afternoon and get full very quickly on much less food.

It does get better, I promise!!
