45 calories per 2 Tbs--a bowl of shiritaki rice and some veggies with this on top is really really yummy and filling--

I love the phillly cooking cream in the cabbage dish.
Tina--wife to my dh for 24 years and mom to 4 great kids. JUDDD reboot to lose the nearly 20 pounds gained in the past 2 years.

On the same idea I just saw Light Laughing Cow Cream Cheese Wedges, garden veggie, cinnamon and regular for 45 calories a wedge. Just may give these and your idea a try, Ouiz!!
