Judddd uncluttered my house!

I took two bags of books to the thrift store yesterday. Mostly diet books: 2 or 3 Schwarzbein, Scarsdale, CAD, 5-6 different versions of Atkins, Oz, and a bunch of others. The only ones I kept are Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint, Gary Taubes's two books, and EFGT. I don't see me ever doing Atkins again. I am so happy with JUDDDD, and so amazed to see the scale marching downwards.

And in that bag of books I also put some pants and a skirt that I never have to wear again.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

I SO relate to this!! I just gave a ton of diet and self help food books to the Vets. I hope it helps them. Can't wait to get rid of some of my large large sized clothing!!
