B: diet coke. maybe some Circle K cinnamon coffee. That's a lot of caffeine, though.
L: A few slices of leftover pork chop. D: Spaghetti squash w/tomato & red pepper sauce. Scatter of parm. One of the tenants moved out of my dad's apartments yesterday. She left a really grungy mess. I think for my exercise today, I will go scrub that place top to bottom. Take a radio and just zone out and clean. I really want to go out for a drink tonight, too. Tomorrow is an up day, and a holiday. Yay. Last edited by LightlyStarched; 02-19-2012 at 07:15 AM.. |

UD here
B- 2 graham crackers, MinkyDinky, 180 cals. I'm still working on what to have the rest of the day- what I had planned turns out to be just over half the calories I need- so I need to re-think some of this. Lunch will probably still be split pea soup (249) but maybe with a Polish sausage wrapped in a slice of LC bread (245)- was originally planning only the soup. I have Easter candies here- a Reese's egg and a Butterfinger egg, but they aren't really calling to me (yet- LOL they're probably waiting for a DD!)

L- 1 1/2 cups split pea soup (249) Polish sausage (210), a slice of LC bread (35) 674 cals so far- I have yogurt and muesli ready for a snack, when I need it- that will bring me to 839- and I still need dinner at about 1000 cals. I really liked my breakfast today- I could easily eat that again....

So much good food and drink I am almost ashamed to list it all.
Suffice it to say that the chef himself was dining there with his daughters, and he has Michelin Stars aplenty. The joy of JUDDD is that I can enjoy the greatest food and know I will not be 'wrecking' my diet. Gym and a DD tomorrow and all will be well.

UD for me, well FD I guess.
I have eaten too much. I had way too many girl scout cookies today then went tor Mexican for lunch and tortilla chips and quesadillas. I ate a little over half of the quesadilla, lots of chips and cheese and shared a sopapilla with my son. It was soo good. Ate a couple bites of the leftovers for dinner and a few grapes and a couple slices of grapefruit. I feel horrible. I feel like I just did away with the weightloss. Thank God tomorrow is a DD. I already feel bloated! 2000 at least so far.

Done eating for the day I hope, cause I feel like all I've had the last couple days is heavy comfort food type foods and drinks, and while that's fine sometimes, I am looking forward to a lighter DD.
