I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!
JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

I was just thinking the same thing (really, on my way home from my Craft and Chat, was thinking about Pat).
She is always so helpful to the newbies and so encouraging. I miss her around here. Maybe I'll have to stalk her on the other parts of the board and get my SoHappy fix.

Pat, we're having So Happy withdrawals!
Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
