First week in the books
I started LC my way on Jan. 2 and lost 19lbs by 2/12/12, but the constantly being in the kitchen got really old. I would make the family dinner and while they ate make myself something else to eat (most of the time). I was making low carb breads each week mostly for my father who is diabetic, but I would have an occasional piece. Any way to story short I started reading along your thread and decided I wanted to give this a try. I've promised myself to try at least a month and see how it went.
I finished my third rotation of UD/DD yesterday and so I weighed this morning and I was down -1.5lbs from my lowest since starting LC.
I had a hard time believing the scale . I ate carbs all week including pizza and a hamburger. I knew the water weight would cause a gain, but to be down -1.5 I'm just so happy.
Can not wait to see what the next three weeks bring .

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Tina--wife to my dh for 24 years and mom to 4 great kids. JUDDD reboot to lose the nearly 20 pounds gained in the past 2 years.
