You can make a pretty good sized salad for 75 calories.

One thing I like is sliced cucumbers with a wedge of laughing cow. A whole, peeled cucumber and LC cheese is 69, and pretty filling.

Broth with chilis or ginger.

Decaf coffee.

Water.

1 egg.

3 servings of egg whites.

a few slices of lunch meat.

Not all together, of course.

Two wedges of laughing cow cheese. (70)

A few slices of ham or turkey. (50-60)

Diet hot chocolate. (25)

Broth with a little cream. (~30)

SF pudding. (60)

A cup of soup. (depends on what you've got in the cupboard)

Cabbage mixed with some lite dressing...like a salad. (<75)

I'm on a DD, too. However, I am done for the day. I'm planning tomorrow's UD!!

Bummer sorry.
What's ur goal cal? If its 500. I'd up it to 600.i love red bell peppers And little salt. So tastie bd so much crunch. My favorite.
Will worth the 50 calories for a wheel barrow full.
Always dry cooked popcorn. Two cups hardly enough to count. Think 50 cals not sure.
And then brush ur teeth. U will be content. Fingers crossed. Smile

2 celery stalks (20) and 1 carrot (25) boiled in chicken broth (20) with LOTSA water and seasoning is my "go to" for filling up with low calories.

I know that soup sounds plain, but I'm starting to really tasted the celery and carrot and beginning to REALLY enjoy it.

I just read yours after posting - I love air popped popcorn too. VERY filling...they have popcorn seasonings you can sprinkle on if you have the calories left. I use salt n vinegar...

The best thing in the evening, i have it almost every night, even on UD's

1 SF jello, i get the 5 calorie ones at walmart
then either half cup of yogurt on top for 60 calories or 1/4 cup yogurt with 1/4 cup cheerios. 30 and 25
Its either 65 calories or 60 calories, very tasty!!! I lvoe doing the cheerios on top, gives a nice little crunch. Its also good with 1/4 cup of light cottage cheese on top of the jello, 1/4 cup light cottage cheese is either 40 or 45 calories depending on the brand.
