Back on track.......

I was doing fairly well on JUDDD when I started a couple of weeks ago. I went from HHCG to Low carb to JUDD and after a week on I was down 2 lbs.

Last week, I had a lot going on. My oldest son who is away in the Marines came home to get married and my youngest son turned 16. The eating started on Wednesday and didn't stop until yesterday at the brunch we had to watch the newly married couple open their gifts. I was so worried to get on the scale this morning but I'm glad I did. Normally after a cheat on HCG or low carb I would be up 5-8 lbs but I was happily surprised to only be up a couple of pounds and still under the highest up day I had the previous week.

Back on track today with a DD and feeling pretty good. My new daughter-in-law brought me a piece of left over wedding cake and I put it away for tomorrow. I love this WOE!

YTG for getting right back to it! And good to know about the gain as I'm heading into a string of events from tomorrow through Sat. and with my old WOE that would mean a 5-8 pound gain as well. So anything less than 5 and I will be thrilled.

Welcome back to the regular rotation, Cathy! JUDDD is awesome!
Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Good for me to read today too, as I have 3 eating events coming up this week too. Hoping the magic of JUDDD is established enough to allow me to bounce back quickly.

And good work on getting right back on plan!

Congrats on having a newly married son as well. Enjoy that cake tomorrow!

WOE: JUDDD/PHD, LC now that my BG is getting weird

STILL below goal 11/21/15

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
