Just over 2 weeks in and.....

I am back down to my goal of 125!!!!! I haven't been able to get back there for awhile, and at one point hit 132 (probably higher because a couple days I didn't even weigh knowing it would be up LOL). I was there a couple days before Christmas (actually maintained it well through November) and then just let myself enjoy way too many holiday treats. Add in house guests for 3 weeks through January and you get the picture. Mid January I tried to get serious again and lost a few but my old woe just wasn't working as it had been. Then I found this forum.

My first week JUDDDing was a disaster! I kept losing control on UDs. But the second week I got it together and here I am, on day 17, down 4.5 pounds. Not bad considering I gained 3.5 pounds the first week! LOL

The rest of this month will be difficult to say the least. A lot of overnight stays, eating with groups, & several celebrations. I'm going to do my best to at least not overindulge, limit carbs & sweets, and sneak in a 24 hr DD/fast whenever I can. And the days I'm free I am getting right back to it!

Looking forward to March when I can settle back in, lose anything I gain over the next couple weeks and maintain properly. I often think maintenance is more difficult than it was to lose in the first place! Hoping to think differently after using this method for awhile.

Total congratulations!!!!

I look forward to hearing how you sneak DDs in during the coming, hectic weeks. AND UDs Isn't it nice knowing whatever happens, in March all will be stabilized and gone?

The deeper I get into JUDDD, the more likely I am to just do it and enjoy the puzzled looks.

GOAL 10/3/12
Still at goal 2/6/13
Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).
STILL below goal 11/21/15

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Same here sungoddess! Don't feel badly, Kathy. I should be down WAY MORE than the 15 lbs. I lost since Nov., but I keep overeating on my UDs a lot!
However, what other WOE allows so much "screwing up" without gaining??!!
At least I haven't gained--I'm just taking FOREVER to lose!

WOE: Restart JUDD 2/10/15
Start Date: Aug 2011/I was maintaining since April 2012
Yay Kathy!!! That is fantastic! I've had really slow losses, but still happy with this woe.

Secretly, I wouldn't be devastated to see 125 again (we are the same height). That's what I weighed when I got married 21 years ago. But I AM happy with maintaining where I am as well.

Do the best you can in the next week or so, and get back to it when you can. At least now you know it works for you.
Tina--wife to my dh for 24 years and mom to 4 great kids. JUDDD reboot to lose the nearly 20 pounds gained in the past 2 years.
