UD

You know you're really a JUDDDer when you have to THINK about whether it's an UD or a DD! I honestly couldn't remember which it was this morning.

No real plan. I think we're having pizza at work today, so I may skip breakfast or just have something light.

Valentine's day is tomorrow and a DD so perhaps we'll go out for a nice meal tonight, or maybe not.

UD-day 27
Yesterday was a really good DD. I debated not having dinner, but I really want to get my UD afternoons and evening back under control so I kept the day under 300 but I ate dinner.

Today's plan (I am going to stick to only the foods listed and I am making sure to get enough protein.)

Breakfast--1cup Fage 2% with SF creamer, sprinkled with 1/4 cup protein plus cereal and 2 tbl walnuts. coffee with SF creamer

Lunch--1 can tunafish, with Helmann's lite, celery, onions and tomato. fruit salad

snack--1 cup light and lively with cinn. 1 apple

Dinner--buffalo chicken wings with boathouse blue cheese and 1 cup jello temptation

UP for me. So far I have had two cups of coffee with cream and it was so yummy. I have been missing my cream.

Breakfast - 3 eggs cooked with peppers and onions and a cup of homemade kefir with a tad of stevia.

Lunch - Chicken thighs fried in coconut oil with an almond meal crust (something new I cooked up yesterday) and brussel sprouts with butter.

Dinner is iffy. Probably a big salad and salmon (if it gets thawed.) If I have calories left I will add some fruit for desert.

DD for me today...had a great dd Friday and an UD Saturday and woke up Sunday at 3 pounds down for the week yesterday should have been down but we had a birthday celebration at my mil yesterday and had pizza they ordered me a Gluten free one and a GF cupcake - couldnt really not eat it without being really rude so ate nothing all day until 3:00 when I had 2 slices of the pizza and half the cupcake. guessing it was 600-800 cals. (hate when I cant really figure out calories but...)
TOM this morning and I was up but only 1.5 pounds and I usually gain 3-4 so I cant wait to see where I really am next week!

B- 2 cups of coffee 50 cals for creamer
l-hard boiled egg - will wait as long as possible to eat it hopefully 2 or 3
d-have bookclub tonight wont be able to eat anything anyone else brings so I will bring an app. that I can count the cals and eat a small amount of (any ideas?)

Just had lunch.

-1/2 skillet of cabbage dish. This time I cooked onions, cut up a salmon fillet and cooked it with some pepper and lemon juice, then put in the coleslaw mix and a little water. Cooked down, then stirred in 2 egg whites, added lots of seasoning. Mostly s/p, Old Bay.

-garden salad. For the dressing I sprinkled on vinegar and diced up 2 apple slices. It made the perfect sweet/sour taste for the salad without using real dressing.

-small helping white bean chili with ground beef.

-1 small piece cornbread crumbled into the chili.

-4 apple slices.

Estimating 450 calories.

B: lots of coffee

D: probably something simple like microwave popcorn, or maybe the rest of lunch if I don't eat it all at lunchtime.

Goal is 500 calories or fewer for the day.

LOL, I mixed my 2 lunch choices, and put crumbled the hamburger patty into the cabbage dish. Added 1/2 cup Italian diced tomatoes and 1 Tbsp philly italian cheese and herb cooking cream. Ate half now, saving half for 3pm when I get the "I'm going to DIE if I don't eat RIGHT NOW" feelings. (doesn't matter if it's an UD or DD, I get a 'feed me' signal every day around 3 or 3:30).

Had broth with an egg white around 11.

I am just trying to figure out if caffeine or artificial sweeteners actually help on down days, or if they make me hungrier, you know?

It is 1 p.m. and I am a little irritable, but my tummy rumbles have passed.

DD for me.

So far, I've had some Light Progresso Soup.

For rest of day, I'm planning on some high protein hot drinks like hot chocolate and cappucchino since we woke up to 2" of snow this morning and we still have freezing rain falling.
