Seriously LOVING JUDDD!!

I am so amazed at how JUDDDing has changed my life!!! I am finishing up week #5, and today's weigh in... Down 10 pounds
I lost 4 pounds my first week, then lost another 4 pounds over the next 2 weeks, so I had a good start my first 3 weeks. Then for the last couple weeks, no weight loss, and scale was bouncing up and down by one pound.

Ive been trying not to weigh too much, in fact, haven't weighed for about 5 or 6 days, just trusting that JUDDD would eventually reward me for sticking with it.

Well today JUDDD magic once again kicked in, and down 2 more pounds. I am seriously ECSTATIC!!! By this point, I am typically so OVER dieting, and I start eating everything I have been deprived of. Not this time!!! I feel just as motivated today as I did 5 weeks ago. I can honestly say I feel like I have finally found my WOE for life. And... I am convinced I will definitely reach my goal with JUDDD.

Thank you for all of the support on this board, it is so very helpful to learn from other people's experiences. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Yes, yes, yes! I am thrilled that you are getting all the wonderful benefits and only dieting half the time.

The key words you said here is that you finally found your WOE for life. That is what I am hoping for too. You can go on all the plans in the world and lose weight, but if it isn't something you can commit to for the long haul, then what is the point. I am THRILLED for you (and all JUDDD BUDDS).

What's great is nothing is banned!!!

Some people may hate me for posting this - but if you really wanted it you could have a Krispy Creme Donut (glazed) for 190cals or a Dunkin Donut (glazed) for 120cals on a DD!!!

I haven't, and I doubt I would - but there truly is nothing banned - it's just what you can eat today!!

Lol, I have come pretty close on a couple of UDs.

And I own up to the odd DD of wine and potato chips.
