Start Date: Aug 2011/I was maintaining since April 2012
Need juggling help too.
I have a busy schedule of activities coming up this week, that revolve around food.
I need to be able to eat lunch Wed, lunch Sat and lunch Sunday without worrying about calories (I don't have control of the menu, and don't know what it will even be). Wed I CAN do a salad bar, so have a little control.
Today is a DD, so the schedule should be:
Would this work without messing me up too much?
It only gives me 2 DD's for the week. But being in maintenance, maybe it won't matter too much? And I've been JUDDDING for 5 weeks.
Tina--wife to my dh for 24 years and mom to 4 great kids. JUDDD reboot to lose the nearly 20 pounds gained in the past 2 years.

I'm not in maintenance yet, but I imagine there's more leeway with calories at that level
On the day that would typically be your down day, just make the best choices you can?

Start Date: LC 6/11; JUDDD 10/11; Maintenance 11/11
Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
