WOE: JUDDD ~ It's working! It's working!
Start Date: Started JUDDD: 2/02/12 ReStarted JUDDD: 3/25/14
I continue to be baffled by JUDDD!

I weighed 212 on Thursday Feb. 2nd. Yesterday was an UD for me and I weighted 209. This morning I weighed 208.5. I'm not even going to mention what I've eaten between then and now because you won't believe it!

I fully expect to be at a lower number on the scale tomorrow because today is a DD.

This JUDDD has me scratching my head but I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

Yes the daily weight fluctuations are hard to figure out and for that reason DR. Johnson
says just weigh once a week and do that first thing in the morning right after going to the bathroom. But shoot I weigh every day too and it is a bad habit I wish I could break.
And to realy confuse things in my case I usualy weigh 3 to 6 lbs less first thing in the morning than at 4 pm so did those 400 calories I ate between 7am and 4pm make me gain 6 lbs ?

I'm happy and laughing because I remember you posting that JUDDD "seemed too good to be true" and now you are seeing the proof that it is "TOO GOOD, BUT SO TRUE"!

Congrats on the weight loss!!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Dr. J only suggests that we only weigh once a week if the daily fluctuations bother us. I love seeing what the scale has to say daily, but that's a personal thing. I actually dislike missing a day so much that I took my scale with me last weekend to to hotel when I had to go out of town. Lol! Crazy, I know!!
