Yesterday was a down day:
B: 2 iced coffees w/ 2T cream each (200 cal) L: 3 oz sliced steak (200 cal) D: 8 oz sweet potato w/salt & pepper (200 cal) Today is an up day: B: bacon and eggs 500 cal L: Julioberto's lunch special: 2 rolled tacos w/ guac & cheese, rice & beans, & horchata. $4.99 and I dunno, 1000? 1200? calories (estimated) D: leftover steak with peppers & onions 500 cal? Aiming for 2200 cals. |

UD for me today, and I am taking it by the horns, instead of IT taking ME and running off with me. One of the problems I've had with UD's is that I don't have easy calorie counts for some of the things I eat (<==lousy excuse, I know)
![]() So, uncooked oats this morning with banana, peanut butter and chocolate mixed in (not a whole lot of any of them). For lunch, I have a chicken/cream cheese dish I made in the crockpot. Snack, some chocolate almond milk/coffee made into a frappy-dappy and served in a Starbux glass ![]() When I get home, I am going to have one of those popcorn 100-calorie bags, but I'm going to add some butter to it...and then some Carbmaster yogurt. That puts me with 255 calories to go....so I'll have some hamburger/cabbage dish. And then it'll be time to go to bed. And THIS time I'll be happy, instead of wondering what happened! ![]() |

DD for me and I'm home again. I have a bad wisdom tooth. Went to the dentist yesterday and he gave me antibiotics and tylenol with codein. It hurts. I have to ho get both wisdom teeth pulled sat and I'm really scared! I'm already hungry today too, which is weird. I don't know if its the antibiotics or what but ill just ignore it. I'm gonna make a pumpkin muffin in a little while, then ill have a protein shake later and cabbage, shrimp and cheese tor dinner.

Lunch--Pure Protein vanilla shake Dinner-- miracle rice with shrimp and veggies and a laughing cow cheese wedge lots and lots of lemon water with a green tea bag added too about 340calories for the day |

DD and I have a company function after work, plus lunch is being catered. Thankfully, I have willpower and JUDDD.
B: Coffee, black S: Fage 0% if needed. L: Shiritaki and veggies Cocktail hour: I may have a glass of wine Dinner: My boss is cooking at her house and is making chicken. She's so great, she's offered to make mine with no sauce, so I'll have a piece of chicken and nibbles of whatever else is there. Probably another glass of wine with dinner. I figured out the upper range of WLM for me (35%) at 784, so I think it'll work out.

DD today and it need to be a good one. The weekend was sort of sketchy due to Bday party for dd and superbowl - tried doing more of a MUDD version but couldnt make the times right...monday started out dd and turned into medium- was so starving after the weekend of too much eating. UD yesterday and now trying to plan a good dd
B- coffee with cream (50 cals) ? Lunch -1 1/2 cups cabbage 20 cals 5 shrimp 100 cals Laughing cow - 35 dinner - chicken salad with lots of veggies chicken 110 cals veggies - not sure 50 cals? ranch mixed with hot sauce - 50 cals with this I am at 410 so that does not leave much for bkfast. maybe I will just skip it since it is 10:00 already or if I eat I can omit the shrimp from lunch. I know once I have a good dd it get easier on the next but the first one is so hard for me...chicken broth may come to my rescue today! |

DD (and I am down .2 pounds after yesterday's UD)
3oz pea pods with half cup cultured cottage cheese 2 caprese chicken sausages with yogurt/salsa dip and salad with acv hubby and I both noticed yesterday the incredible appetite suppression of JUDDD after just a week, neither of us were particularly hungry and both ate very lightly in the morning and then skipped lunch accidentally. interesting!!

UD--and I spent it out with my 14 yo DD. A lovely day.
b--2 eggs, 1 sausage, decaf black coffee l--Applebees: 3 mozzarella cheese sticks, chicken bruschetta with broccoli instead of the potatoes it comes with. s--chuck roast and green beans. And based on my best calculations (since the applebee's nutrition info included the potatoes), I still have 200 cals left.

I'll be off work in an hour, rush home to get the kid showered and dressed for tonight's dinner with the boss.
I am allowing 784 calories today for my DD, as that's 35%. I've had 114 so far, so that leaves me with 670 for dinner and drinks. I can do some damage with 670 calories! I'm thinking a small piece of chicken, small amount of veggies, and plenty of wine or Fireball!

Had an "emergency" change of plans to MUDDDg tonight due to extreme hunger and the most fan-tab-u-lous homemade stir fry I've ever made. Was up to 385 calories until about 6:45 p.m. when I had the stir-fry. I was saving up calories all day for this, had planned to just have a cup or so, but was so hungry when it was done that I ate and ate and ate.
I can't even begin to estimate the calories. It was mostly veggies with a little bit of beef and pork, but it was all fried in coconut oil and there was some rice and lo mein noodles involved. I've been doing fine on DDs lately, so I think the extreme hunger today is hormonal. Almost that time again. I just know it's hormonal when I eat the things that usually keep me nicely full for at least a few hours if not 4 or more, and yet I'm unrealistically very hungry again soon after. It could also be the large number of carbs I had yesterday on my FD - it was more carbs than is typical for me, but usually that kind of carb-induced hunger I can manage. Hormonal is another beast entirely. Rawwrr.
