It's not exactly a recipe but I have been experimenting with this, my latest was
2 Haas Avocados 4.2 net carbs
1 TBLS cocoa powder 1.5 net carbs
3 drops EZSweetz
1 TBLS Chocolate Syrup (SF, of course)
That made 2 servings for me, probably about 1/2 cup each.
ETA-Forgot to say, I just tossed it all in the food processor, then chilled it. It was very good, hubby even liked it, although he did have a hard time believing it was avocado.

this would make sense for a vegan, but not sure why anyone else would do it. I have had the sweet avocado "popsicles" and they were fine, but nothing all that exciting. By chocolate would cover up the avocado flavor, so why go to the expense of using one? a bit of cream and some guar or glucomannan seems like it would do better!
